Committee Members for 2020


Chair, Rhonda Powell : mother of a 8 year old boy, and 5 year old girl, 7+ years teaching religious education classes, assistant manager of light microscopy facility at Clemson University.


Karen Hiebel:  Interim Director of Lifespan Faith Formation, mother of 3, 16 years experience teaching religious education classes.


Meg MacArthur:  mother of two grown sons, 20+ years experience teaching religious education classes for children and adults, Clemson graduate & loves the area. Committee focus: Curriculum development for the Advanced Learners class.


Amber Mann: Amber is a PhD student in the Policy Studies program at Clemson University. She has a 9 year old son and currently teaches in the Spirit Play room.

The RE committee meets on the first Sunday of the month immediately following hospitality in the Library. The meeting is led by our Director of Religious Education Theresa Pizzuto. The committee helps direct the vision and goals for the religious education program, as well as facilitates planning and preparation. Meetings are open to anyone who wishes to attend.
